How to use?

Brush your teeth and rinse mouth tray.

Step 1: Handle mouth trays

1.Soak the tray in hot water (about 60-80 degrees Celsius) for 10-20 seconds, and make sure the trays soft enough to mould.

2.Place the mouth tray into your mouth,covering your upper teeth.

3.Close your mouth and suck out all air and excess water.

4.With your finger,gently form the tray around your teeth by pressing your upper lips against your teeth.

5.Hold it inti your mouth 10-15 second then put it into cold water.

6.Repeat frocess for lower mouth tray

Step 2: Trim the mouth trays to fit you mouth

Use scissors to trim any excess plastic,

Cutting down the mouth trays at the gum line helps avoid possible irritation.

Step 3: Fill Mouth Trays With Gel

1.Place a small drop of gel on trays

2.Place the upper mouth trays into your mouth,and adjust it.

3.Put gentle pressure on the upper mouth tray by pushing on your upper lip with your finger

4.Repeat for the lower mouth tray

5.Turn on the LED,and hold it close to your teeth for the duration of whitening treatment.

Use before bedtime for 7-10 consecutive days. For maintenance, use once a week.
