MY EXPERIENCE 24K GOLD BEAUTY BAR (RECOMENDED TIME IS 2-3 MINUTE USE)
The first time I tried it I was obsessed! I tried it on half my face, making long motions upward on my forehead and chin, and diagonally upwards ones from the center of my face outwards. For about 30 seconds to one minute half my face was significantly more lifted than the other, nothing scary like a facelift, just noticeable to me.
